Mrs Biggs is a periodic drama directed by Paul Whittington, based on the great train robbery, focussing on Ronnie Biggs and Devoted wife Charmaine Biggs. The great train robbery took place in 1963, many men were involved in the scheme, however, the programme mainly focusses on Ronnie Biggs and Bruce Reynolds. Mrs Charmaine Biggs (Sheridan Smith) was a humble daughter of a strict headmaster, but Sheridan Smith's convincing performance helps the audience understand how one person can change the way you look at life. Charmaine met Ronnie Biggs (Danny May's) on a train on her way back from work, Danny May easily portrays a cheeky chappy and wins the heart of his good girl, the pair run away from Charmaine's domineering father, stealing from her workplace in the process. After Ronnie Biggs commits a burglary, he gives himself up for the safety of his love. The telegraph describes this as 'one of the most curious creations recently seen on tv.'
A clear summary showing understanding of the term sub genre. I know you had to complete these tasks quickly because you joined the course late, but in future do take care to follow all instructions and complete all steps.
